1.Since Japanese weddings are expensive, do you think having a massive wedding like Korea or UAE is a good idea? Why?
A massive wedding is good, I think. marriage is special event in our life. We can't do wedding often. so, We should do wedding what we want. No wedding is bad.
2. What do you think about eloping? Is it a good idea or romantic? Why?
eloping is very romantic!! but,eloping has good meaning and bad meaning. I think I should not do it as possible. if I meet the best person and nobody allow to marry, I may elop. However my family is the most important for me, I don't want to lose my family. so I may give up marrying him.
3. Have you ever thought about having a wedding in a foreign location like Hawaii? Would you do it? Why?Or Why not?
It is good idea to have wedding in a foreign location. but, I am japanese. Unless my hasband is foreign, I want to have a wedding in japan. Japan also have some good location. We don't need to go to foreign all the way. I love japanese scenery.
4.What is your ideal wedding?
Wedding will be the best memory in my life. In my image, preparation is very hard. Where? When? What clothes will we wear? Who do you invite? Who is a chairman? When I think about it, my head ache.
5.What would you definitely do, wear or go to on that big day? Why is that important?
If I marry and do wedding, I want to do it in shrine, and wear kimono. I want to do it solemnly. So I don't want to do it like party.
6. Have you ever been to a foreigner's wedding? What was your impression?
Last class, I watched video. In the wedding, there are about four women and four men who wear same dress. I think they are friends of a bride and a bridegroom. Why they wear same dress? I was surprised at it.

Class#7 superstitions
1.Do you think it is important to talk about superstitions in cross culture communication class? Why?
yes, I do. I think so, because superstitions is very interesting.
2.Is communication affected by superstitions?
I sometimes use superstition. superstition is very nice expression.
3.Do you believe in superstitions? If yes, what superstitions do you believe?Why do you do, use, or believe in them?
Yes, I do. When I was child, I believe in superstition hard. but, I don't very believe in it now.
last class, I took Ms. Camilla's presentation. I want to eat Denmark's bread. it loooks delicious and I guess that taste is also good. In japan, there is bercary shop that come from denmark.

1. Please explain a time proverb in your culture.
To sit on the stone for three long years. : If I have the patience to do that is haed, I can achive it someday.
A once-in-a-life time chance : Treasure every encounter, for it will never recur.
2. What do the following proverbs mean:
a. Time is money.
Time is as particular as money. So we should not waste some time.
"Saigetu hito wo matazu" that mean Time wait for no man. this proverb makes me consider. I often waste time. now, I have much time but I don't use the time efficient.
b. A stitch in time saves nine.
For example, the thing that I can do today should do now. I mean if I put off assignment, it is past recalling. Many people often put off assignment.
c. There's no time like the present.
that mean now is my chance.
d.Let's meet at 4. If I'm not there by 5, leave without me at 6, and I'll be there at 7.
people don't have cell phone in a long time ago. so people can't get in touch with each other easily. If a man can't meet suddenly, a man can do nothing. For this reason, a man thought. Let's meet at 4. If I'm not there by 5, leave without me at 6, and I'll be there at 7.
